SELLER - SPRINGFIELD

I've been lucky enough to have owned and sold several homes in my lifetime. With that said, I've had all the "real estate" experiences possible. When deciding to sell this home I was 50/50 about doing it. After fielding several calls about selling my property I was about to say......hell with this, I'm staying put. So, when Julie called, I was pretty much don't want to deal with any of this........ but as I gave her an opportunity to talk, and discuss what I want, she gave my a sense of comfort, and without EVER saying the words, she was able to give me the feeling of......I got this, I hear you, and will respect your wishes. So, we met, and she was extremely prepared and knowledgeable and was able to handle all my requests. She took care of the Lawyer, the fire inspections, and all those details you just don't want to deal with. I was fortunate to have so many offers that it was mind numbing. She went thru them all, broke them out into pile types, and spent nearly 2 hours going over all of them, and all the good/bad and ugly of the offers. She was also very understanding of my feelings on how to choice the proper one which yielded my best circumstance. With any selling of a property, its a long road to navigate. While selling mine I had Family hardship in the middle of it all, and just couldn't deal with the goin on's of it all. When I expressed this to Julie.......she just took all of that out lying stuff of my plate to help me handle my family issues. Julie had given my me THE BEST POSSIBLE service !!!!!!!! She's a ROCK STAR in her profession.
